SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are non refundable.
Please note: All orders may take 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS to process. Processing time is different than shipping time. Thank you for your understanding! Once an order has been placed and shipped we are unable to change the shipping method. When free shipping is offered by us on our app and you decide to pick one day shipping it does not count when it is free. It will automatically be changed to 3-5 business days.
All GOWN/BRIDESMAID DRESS orders are final sale. Please note certain gowns may be pre-order. This may take estimated 1-40 weeks to be shipped depending on the type of gown no matter what shipping option you choose at checkout. We will email you once the order is shipped with tracking information to track the order. All gowns are considered Final Sale. No exchanges or returns.
If you use any discount code that offers free shipping and you choose the one day shipping method at checkout it does not change to one day shipping you will still get the normal standard shipping. One day shipping cannot be free.
Shipping times and costs are all calculated at checkout.
PLEASE NOTE: when choosing the One Day Shipping method at checkout if you have any items that say “Preorder” in the description then we will need to wait for the items to come in and then send out with the one day shipping. Also if you place an order on a Thursday or Friday the order might not get to you in one day due to the weekends not being business days for the postal services.

DISCLAIMER:
On our end, all we can do is ship out your item and provide a tracking number to track your package. If a package says delivered when you did not receive it or if a package says lost. This is a shipping carrier issue/mistake not ours. You would need to take your tracking number to a local post office and explain the issue and provide a tracking number for them to resolve the issue. Thank you for your understanding!
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS DISCLAIMER:
ALL international orders are final sale. (We are U.S Based)
Due to it being an international package we may not be able to see further tracking information on our end. Please keep updated on your tracking information through your tracking number on your order email we send to you. If there are any delivery or shipping issues you would need to go to your local post office in your country and give them your tracking information & they will be able to assist you further. We are NOT responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages. This is a third-party issue with the carrier that is in control over your package. By clicking order now on our website you are giving the authority for your package to be shipped by the third party and it is out of our reach and control.
Please note: all international orders may have a delay in shipping due to it being international. This may mean that even if you choose expedited shipping there is a chance of a delay due to natural causes or holidays.

CUSTOMS FEES:
The shipping fee calculated at checkout is the amount we charge to ship out the actual package. International packages that are going through customs may need additional payments to go across the country. All international packages that require additional custom fees are the customers responsibility. We DO NOT refund for that. This is the shipping carrier fee and has nothing to do with us.
