Items being returned must be unworn, unwashed (without any stains or marks from deodorant, makeup, or any signs of wear) with tags attached to be eligible for return. There is a 14 day return policy that begins the day you receive the item. Items returned after 14 days will not be accepted. If you're traveling, please keep that in mind. We will not make exceptions for travel purposes. Permitted items may be returned for either a store credit or exchange only. No refunds. Store credit will be issued within 30 days of item being delivered back to us.

Return shipping costs are the customers responsibility. We recommend shipping the package back with a tracking number; any lost packages are the customers responsibility.  

Items purchased during promotions are final sale. Bodysuits are final sale for sanitary purposes. Bodysuits are considered intimate products. All accessories, sale items and gift cards are FINAL sale.

If you are returning an item and you bought it at full price and you return it to us and we have it on sale you will receive the sale price as your store credit. Thank you for your understanding.

All GOWN/BRIDESMAID DRESS orders are final sale. Depending on the situation we will offer a store credit, If you choose to get a store credit you’ll get a credit for the full amount you paid (minus shipping) via email. We don’t refund but in a rare case if you do receive a refund from one of our representatives there will be a 30% restocking fee with the refund. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please note all gowns are preordered. This may take 5 days - 15 weeks to be shipped depending on the style and size of the gown. No matter what shipping option you choose at checkout this timing does not change for anyone. We will email you once the order is shipped with tracking information to track the order. All gowns are considered Final Sale. No exchanges or returns. ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELED ONCE CONFIRMED BY CUSTOMER VIA TEXT/EMAIL. No exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.  

CONFIRMATION EMAIL/TEXT AFTER PURCHASING: If you don’t cancel the order when we send the confirmation text/email we take a 30% restocking/production fee afterwards. If you choose to cancel the order before or even after you confirm the text we take a 30% restocking fee and we refund back to the original payment method you used.

Cancellation Policy: Your order may be canceled within 1 hour (60 minutes) after placing the order and 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. Once an order is confirmed/shipped out it is not able to be canceled and you will have to wait for the item to deliver for a store credit or exchange as stated in our return policy.

Please note: If you choose to argue about a return/refund of a gown when one of our representatives are trying to make it right for you, this will result in being blocked from ordering in the future. 

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Defective items must be reported within two days of delivery date and item must be unworn with tags still attached. A picture of the items damage must be sent to and someone will assist you. Please note anything over two days or anything worn already will not be accepted.
